The CSF Series from EZLINK PORTABLE MACHINE TOOLS offers stable and precise cold cutting and beveling capabilities. The portable OD mount models can perform both cutting and beveling simultaneously, greatly increasing efficiency.

Our standard offering includes ten models that cater to pipe sizes ranging from 50mm to 1230mm (2in to 48in). The bodies of the CSF Series models are made of aluminum and steel, and have a lightweight and compact design, making them ideal for applications with limited space. The split frame technology also allows for easy assembly and disassembly. The frame consists of 180 degree segments that can be bolted together and clamped onto the pipe using interchangeable mounting blocks.

The CSF42 Clamshell Pipe Cutting & Beveling Machine is designed to bevel, cut, single point, counterbore, and face flanges on tubing and pipes with an outside diameter (O.D) ranging from 36-42in (914-1066mm) and on most wall thicknesses and materials.
