CSF20 Clamshell Pipe Cutters/Bevelers

The CSF Series from EZLINK Portable Machine Tools offers a range of precise and stable cold cutters and bevelers that increase productivity with their simultaneous cutting and beveling capabilities. The ten models in the standard range cover pipes from 50mm to 1230mm (2in to 48in), with a lightweight and compact design suitable for applications with restricted clearances.

Our split frame technology enables easy mounting and dismounting, with 180-degree segments of the frame that bolt together and clamp onto pipes with interchangeable mounting blocks. The CSF16 Clamshell Pipe Cutting & Beveling Machine cuts pipes from 273-426mm in diameter and has a max wall-thickness of 100mm.

The CSF Clamshell Pipe Cutters/Bevelers CSF20 (14in-20in OD or 355-508mm) is based on a rotating split ring style OD mounted machine tool, and is designed to cold cut, bevel, single point, and counterbore pipes and face flanges. This helps to save weld prep time and money compared to hand cutting. Easy-to-follow manuals and brief instruction allow any operator to make accurate cuts and bevels.
